
Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 pumpkin (about 1.4kg)
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 80g cooked chickpeas
- 2 spoons of Holidermie Sleep Powder
Preparation:
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Wash and cut the pumpkin into large cubes.
- In a saucepan, gently sauté the garlic, onion, and coriander seeds in a dash of olive oil.
- Once the onion becomes transparent, add the pumpkin and spices, cover with water and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes from the first boiling.
- Then add the coconut milk, spinach, and chickpeas, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Off the heat, add 2 spoons of Holidermie Sleep Powder, mix, and serve hot.
