Squash Curry Recipe

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 pumpkin (about 1.4kg)
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 80g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 spoons of Holidermie Sleep Powder




  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Wash and cut the pumpkin into large cubes.
  3. In a saucepan, gently sauté the garlic, onion, and coriander seeds in a dash of olive oil.
  4. Once the onion becomes transparent, add the pumpkin and spices, cover with water and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes from the first boiling.
  5. Then add the coconut milk, spinach, and chickpeas, cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Off the heat, add 2 spoons of Holidermie Sleep Powder, mix, and serve hot.
