Oil pulling, or “Gandusha” is a natural ritual which, when combined with regular oral hygiene and dental care, helps to promote a healthy mouth, white teeth, strong gums and good mandibular mobility.
Holidermie oil pulling mouthwash combines the benefits of two organic vegetable oils:
- Coconut oil, rich in lauric acid which is effective in trapping the bacteria that can cause various dental diseases ;
- Sesame oil, known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Its formula also contains organic mint essential oil, for a calming and soothing effect, and Lemon essential oil, which has an antiseptic and antibacterial action.
Each morning, on an empty stomach, and after using a tongue scraper, place one tablespoon of oil in the mouth and swish it around for 10 minutes before spitting it out in the sink.
Do not swallow the oil. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water afterwards.
Ingredients: sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, tocopheryl acetate, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, mentha arvensis leaf oil, limonene, citral.

Organic mint essential oil provides a cooling sensation that helps to soothe inflamed gums.
Organic Lemon essential oil has antiseptic and antibacterial properties which make it effective against infections. It also promotes oral wound healing.
