Ashwagandha, or Indian ginseng, is an ayurvedic plant used since ancient times in India for its efficacy in relieving stress and lack of energy. It is considered a "rasayana", which means "regenerates and rejuvenates". It has adaptogenic properties, increases the body's resistance to stress and supports cognitive function. Rich in iron, antioxidants, tannins, potassium nitrate and fatty acids, ashwagandha root also helps maintain healthy skin and supports mental and physical capacity in case of fatigue, weakness or lack of concentration.
Acerola, which means "maple cherry", is a superfruit with multiple benefits. A highly effective antioxidant thanks to being rich in Vitamin A and beta-carotene, it also boosts the metabolism thanks to its high mineral content (phosphorous, potassium, and iron). Having 30 to 40 times more Vitamin C than oranges, this superfruit strengthens the immune system, increases iron absorption, boosts the body's natural defenses and helps alleviate tiredness. The Vitamin C content also contributes to normal collagen formation, to ensure normal skin function.
Hyaluronic acid is a powerful anti-aging ally. It retains up to 1,000 times its own weight in water, helping to keep the skin hydrated and restore its natural density and firmness.
