Yes, you'll find a Usage section either by photo or videos under each relevant product sheet on our site explaining how to use the tool or product.
My account & My orders
Click on the “My account” icon, enter your e-mail address and create your password. Your account allows you to access your order history as well as your accumulated loyalty points and vouchers linked to the Loyalty Program.
Go to your customer area, “My account” section, to update your contact details.
It often happens that you can order from us without having a Holidaymie account. It is therefore possible that your account has not yet been created. Simply go to “My account” on the top left and proceed to create it.
If you are still unable to create your account, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Cliquez simplement sur « Mot de passe oublié » à l’étape de connexion. Un e-mail vous sera immédiatement envoyé pour réinitialiser votre mot de passe.
Cependant, il est possible que vous n'ayez pas de compte. N'hésitez pas à en créer un si jamais vous ne recevez pas d'e-mail de réinitialisation.

Delivery
Nous livrons en France et à l’international. Les délais et tarifs varient selon la destination — En France Métropolitaine entre 1 et 3 jours ouvrés & l'international, entre 3 à 5 jours.

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. For future orders, you can manage your addresses in your customer area.
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including your tracking number. Simply click on Track my order to be redirected to the carrier's page and access your order tracking.
You can also track your parcel directly in your customer account.
Once your order has been validated, we are unfortunately unable to modify it. All orders placed before noon are processed the same day. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost.
If you order outside France, your order may be subject to additional customs charges. These will be charged to the customer.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to
return an unopened and unused item to us.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will process your refund within 48 working hours. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the refund has been processed.
Payment & Promotional Codes
Holidermie only accepts credit card payments. Find all the information on the page Secure payments.
That said, you can always pay 3x free of charge with the Alma payment solution on the site as well as in store.

You can add your voucher during checkout. On the computer, you have an insert on the right allowing you to add it and on mobile at the bottom of the page.
No, unfortunately, no codes are cumulative. Neither in store, nor online.
Unfortunately, we can't add it once the order is validated. However, it remains active. You can use it on your next order.
Loyalty Program
All customers with a customer account earn points. These points are accumulated and visible directly in your customer account.
For each 1€ spent, you collect 10 points. From 500 points, you can convert your points into vouchers.
- 50 points is equal to 5€ voucher redeemable on a minimum basket of €50
- 100 points is equals to 10€ voucher redeemable on a minimum basket of 100€
- 150 points is equal to 15€ voucher redeemable on a minimum basket of 150€
- 200 points is equal to 20€ voucher redeemable on a minimum basket of 200€
- 250 points is equal to 25€ voucher redeemable on a minimum basket of 250€
You cannot create a code higher than €25.
