The Galé Comfort Pad can be used in three different ways.
It can be placed on top of the mat to enhance the comfort of certain sensitive areas of the body, such as the back, knees or elbows.
It can also be used on its own and easily transported thanks to its small size, notably to enable you to perform basic physical activity while on the move.
It can also be placed on Pilates Reformers to offer extra cushioning and support while creating more grip during your workout.
