Perfect for fitness activities, Pilates, stretching, gentle gymnastics and meditation.
After training, sanitize the mat with Energizing Fragrance Sanitizing Spray and its slightly dampened microfiber cloth.
The mat is also machine-washable at 30° without detergent. It can be spun at 400 rpm maximum. We recommend drying the mat flat, away from direct sunlight.
Make sure mat is dry before rolling. Store away from direct sunlight.
To preserve the 3D relief, roll the mat with the top side facing outwards.
To protect the top surface of the mat, avoid wearing rings during training or applying greasy lotions such as suntan oil.
Barefoot use recommended.
