L'utilisation de cet outil pour défatiguer mon visage et me détendre est rapide et efficace. Concernant le protocole d'automassage, à refaire plusieurs fois pour bien mémoriser les points d'acupression. Je trouvais + simple les protocoles papier joint dans le packaging plutôt qu'un téléchargement
