Instructions for use

Application

On clean skin, after applying cream or serum, massage into targeted areas to drain and penetrate active ingredients.

For a slimming action, immerse the Gua Sha for a few minutes in hot water: heat has a beneficial effect on lipid breakdown.

To tone, tighten tissues and relieve heavy legs, place the Gua Sha 20 to 30 minutes in the refrigerator before massage.

Warnings

Purification and recharging during full moons — 2 techniques are possible:

Water technique: immerse the Gua Sha in a bowl of water for at least 2 to 3 hours. Avoid coarse salt, which demineralizes the crystals.
Fumigation technique: pass the Gua Sha through the smoke from the Sage or Palo Santo stick to purify it.

Once purified, place it under the light of the full moon overnight, either outside, near your window or on your balcony. Collect it the next morning, then rinse with clean water

Très bon produit pour l'automassage, personnellement je l'utilise pour masser les muscles des jambes et cela m'aide beaucoup pour la récupération après une bonne séance de sport. Je l'utilise avec le lait corps ils marchent très bien ensemble.
