Close the points and place the thumbs under the chin, sticking tightly together, open the mouth wide, inhale, then exhale, exerting powerful pressure with the thumbs as they try to close the mouth; the mouth should resist as much as possible and remain open. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times.

~Composition~

Papaya extract contains fruit acids that gently exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells and accelerating cell renewal. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, it protects against external aggressions. Pores are tightened and skin is smoothed.

Calendula flowers, rich in oligosaccharides, smooth microrelief and help reduce wrinkles and increase skin elasticity and tone.

The polyphenolic extract of maritime pine bark is highly concentrated in polyphenols, recognized for their antioxidant properties, the most powerful in the plant world. They effectively combat the effects of ageing, by limiting the damage caused by free radicals, and exerting a global action on the components of the papillary dermis.

Grape berries contain OPCs. Their high affinity with collagen enables connective tissue to preserve its integrity, and thus maintain the skin's state of firmness.
