Purified prickly pear oligosaccharides stimulate the skin enzymes involved in the natural process of skin peeling. This promotes skin cell renewal through gentle exfoliation, for smoother, more luminous skin and unblocked pores.

Zinc regenerates the skin by participating in protein synthesis and cell division processes. It also reduces sebum secretion, by reducing the activity of 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme involved in the stimulation of sebocytes, which produce and secrete sebum. As a result, it reduces the hyperseborrhea that causes acne.

Bakuchiol is a compound extracted from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia, better known as babchi. The plant grows in Asia, primarily in India and China. This active ingredient targets both acne and skin aging.
It acts at every level to fight acne: it inhibits 5-alpha-reductase and pro-inflammatory enzymes, reduces the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, decreases skin hyperkeratinization, and, finally, promotes antioxidant activity. It also increases collagen synthesis and inhibits elastase, helping to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Prebiotics are carbohydrate substrates that selectively nourish bacteria beneficial to the skin, to the detriment of pathogenic bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes). This bacterial strain is the main strain involved in the pathology of acne. Prebiotics therefore help rebalance the microbiota and strengthen the skin's beneficial microflora, improving its overall health.

Hyaluronic acid, renowned for its ability to keep the skin hydrated, captures and traps water molecules, limiting evaporation via the skin pores. The skin is left smoother, firmer, softer and protected.

French maritime pine bark extract is rich in polyphenols, known for their antioxidant properties, the most powerful in the plant kingdom. They effectively combat the effects of aging by limiting the damage caused by free radicals and acting on all the components of the papillary dermis.

Grape seeds contain OPCs. Their strong affinity for skin collagen helps preserve the integrity of connective tissue, keeping the skin firm.
