Composition

Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) with 40% polyphenols, L-arginine, vitamin C, envelope: vegetarian capsule, turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa) with 95% curcuminoids, bromelain powder (pineapple extract), chamomile flower extract (Matricaria recutita) with 2% apigenin, zinc citrate, L-Gasseri, 45% natural vitamin E.

Instructions for use

Application

Take 2 capsules a day with a full glass of water, ideally in the morning, with breakfast. Not to be taken on an empty stomach.

For adults only. Not recommended for people taking anticancer or immunosuppressive drugs. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants. Not recommended in cases of biliary obstruction or other biliary function disorders, or in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family.

Après quelques semaines, ma peau est plus équilibrée, moins réactive et je ressens une sensation de confort tout au long de la journée. Idéales pour celles qui ont la peau sensible ou qui cherchent à protéger leur peau de manière naturelle et efficace.

La texture est basique comme gélule, pas d'odeur, la pochette souple fait bas de gamme par rapport un prix du produit. Je l'utilise depuis un moment avec satisfaction et avec un effet réel. Bon produit, résultat visible dès 10 jours sur la tonicité et l'éclat de la peau.
2 gélules par jour, idéalement le matin, au moment du petit-déjeuner.
Pour les peaux sensibles et réactive à la pollution, changement de température, vent, froid, soleil, etc..

J'ai adoré le packaging simple. Très séduite par ce produit....J'ai la peau douce et j'a mis au placard mon correcteur de teint. Résultat dès la première semaine.....Je recommande. J'ai une peau beaucoup plus lisse....c'est un produit magique.

La texture c est une gélule donc positive, pas d'odeur, le packaging simple mais avec trois mini produits a tester. Les gélules aident à réduire l apparence des rides, ils préservent la fermeté de la peau , ils améliorent l élasticité de la peau. Cela booste en fermeté

Incredible! I felt better almost immediately

I have taken "high quality," expensive, diverse probiotics and digestive enzymes for years. None of them made the dramatic impact that this formulation does. On first glance, some might think, 'Chamomile and turmeric? I can get that everywhere.' But the quality of these ingredients must be outstanding, and there is more in the formula than those two things. Also, the way they all work together must make a difference too. I read and look up every ingredient of everything due to having a very sensitive system. Not only did this soothe my digestive issues that had gotten almost almost unbearable, it seems to be helping me loose some belly fat, without otherwise changing my routine. There are two really unique ingredients in it this formulation that I am very interested in, Apigenin and L-Gaseri, which are worth looking up. The team behind Holidermie seems truly outstanding.

I have been drinking Holi teas almost exclusively (Skin Elixir Tea & Detox & Immunity Infusion) and they are likely helping also. Also, I have mostly weened myself off Coffee. I'll have matcha if I want more more boost, but honestly, there is caffeine in these capsules (green tea) and White tea in the Skin Elixir and between the two, it is enough. (I did initially also take two of the beauty Gummies, but they have a lot of B vitamins which I wasn't used to and made me jittery, so I switched to half of one for a while, then worked my way up to a whole one, instead of two.)

I can not recommend these strongly enough, especially in conjunction with the other products I mentioned. I bought the three month supply because I live the US, and like to try to avoid multiple shipments, and I am so glad I did. (I like the waxed paper pouches better than plastic bottles anyway.)
