This is a dark milk: a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content (52% versus 25%-35% for most milk chocolates). Sheep's milk is more digestible than cow's milk and adds an incomparable creaminess with caramel notes.
Chocolate is a delicate product sensitive to its environment. It has the particularity of absorbing odors (do not store it in the fridge next to a cheese platter…).
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
