White Chocolate - Matcha Latte

Matcha Latte elevates Japanese matcha tea in a low-sugar white chocolate (20%) with a high matcha content (4.5%). It remains a very accessible, smooth, enveloping, and comforting chocolate. Japanese roasted rice (the kind found in genmaicha tea) adds a crunch while highlighting the subtle, vegetal, and umami notes of the exceptional Anatae matcha selected to craft this bar.

Chocolate is a delicate product sensitive to its environment. It has the particularity of absorbing odors (do not store it in the fridge next to a cheese platter...).

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
