Pure Matcha (Traditional Preparation):
1. Sift 1 tsp (2g) of Matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 70ml of hot water (75-80°C).
3. Whisk vigorously in an "M" motion using a bamboo whisk until a frothy layer forms.
4. Sip and enjoy the smooth, umami-rich flavor.
Matcha Latte:
1. Sift 2 tsp (4g) of matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 70ml of hot water (75-80°C) and whisk until smooth and frothy.
3. Warm and froth 100ml of milk (or plant-based milk).
4. Pour the milk over the matcha and sweeten with honey or syrup if desired.
