Instructions for use :
Place the mask over the eyes for 5 to 20 minutes. For an even greater decongestant effect, place the mask in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use.
Purification and recharging during full moons - 2 techniques are possible:
- Water technique: immerse the mask in a bowl of water for at least 2-3 hours. Rinse with clean water, then dry.
- Fumigation technique: pass the mask through smoke from the Sage or Palo Santo stick to purify it.
Once the mask is purified, place it under the light of the full moon overnight, either outside or by your window or balcony. Collect it the next morning, then rinse with clean water.
