
The superberry skin smoothie
A vitamin-packed shot for plump, glowing skin
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of mixed berries
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 200ml of coconut water
- 10g of Holidermie Collagen-in-powder
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup
