Dessert: Sweet Glow
A rejuvenating and antioxidant finishing touch to illuminate the skin and senses. Chocolate and chestnut fondant cake, glazed with Holidermie collagen spread, accompanied by a pink grape and verbena carpaccio.
Ingredients:
- 200g chestnut cream
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons water to form the flax egg
- 2 tablespoons Holidermie Collagen Spread for the icing
- 1 bunch of pink grapes
- A few verbena leaves / raw sesame oil
Recipe:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then mix it with the chestnut cream.
Blend the flax seeds with the water and let thicken to form the flax egg, then add it to the mixture.
Pour into a small mold and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes to obtain a moist cake.
Cover the cooled cake with the collagen spread. Slice the pink grapes into carpaccio and leave to infuse in the verbena oil. Serve with Collagen Cocoa Cubes.
