Sprinkle 2 to 3 doses (1 dose = palm full) of Salts into your bath and slip into pearly, fragrant water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Rinse with clear water when you get out of the bath.
The Holidermie team's tip: Add the Bath Salts to a base of water for a decongesting footbath.
