The Body massage brush - Normal skin : Shape your body, gently.
On dry skin, for 5 to 10 minutes, perform circular brushing motions (from bottom to top), applying firm yet light pressure over the entire body, directing towards the lymph nodes (groin and underarms). By practicing this brushing daily, the skin texture will refine, and the "orange peel" appearance will visibly decrease after one month.
Once the brushing is complete, take a shower and then apply the Sculpting Body Milk.
The Sculpting Body Milk - 480mL : Use after a shower or bath, when the skin is clean and slightly damp. This helps maximize hydration.
Apply morning and evening in circular motions, from bottom to top, over the entire body, ideally after showering. The firmer the massage, the more the microcirculation is stimulated, promoting cellular regeneration. For a more relaxing effect, opt for a gentle massage.
