Performed o n dry skin for 5 to 10 minutes by making firm but light circular movements all over the body (from bottom to top), directed towards the lymph nodes (groin and armpits). By performing this ritual daily, the skin texture is refined, and the “orange peel” appearance significantly diminishes after a month.
Apply morning and evening in circular motions, from bottom to top, over the entire body, ideally after a shower. The firmer the massage, the more microcirculation is stimulated, promoting cell regeneration. For a more relaxing effect, opt for a gentle massage.
