The Pink Margarita
Ingredients:
- Strawberry tails
- 1 bag Helpmie organic white tea, radiance and well-being
- 150ml water
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 lemon
ice cubes
Preparation:
- Heat the water over low heat, stirring occasionally, with the strawberry tails, tea and sugar, until it boils and cook to a slightly thick syrup.
- Allow to cool, strain and pour into 2 "piscine" champagne glasses.
- Add lemon juice and zest, and chill.
- Serve each glass with 1 thinly sliced lemon slice, 1 reusable straw and a few ice cubes.
