Detox sorbets
Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- 150 ml water
- 2 teaspoons Infusion Virtueuse
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- A few basil leaves
Preparation:
- Hull and chop the strawberries.
- Steep 2 teaspoons in water at 80°C for 7-10 minutes.
- Blend all the ingredients together and pour the resulting smoothie into ice-cream molds.
- Set aside in the freezer for half a day.
- Take them out, wait a few minutes and then unmold and enjoy.
