What are the best active ingredients to protect your skin in summer?

I'd say there are two main families: vitamins (Vitamins A, C and E) and antioxidants (grape seeds, green tea, etc).

Why is skin more dehydrated in summer?

In the heat of summer, hydration levels drop. So there are simple things you can do, like drinking 2 litres of water a day. There are also active ingredients that support hydration: hyaluronic acid, tremella and algae. All these elements help to moisturise the skin and combat dryness.

What is the advantage of dry brushing?
