Depuis le début de ma cure poudre microbiote 360°, j’ai noté un certain confort concernant mes symptômes prémenstruels (généralement douloureux). Et, l’état de ma peau et de mes cheveux s’est amélioré. Je compte passer de nouveau commande et m’intéresser aux gommes cycle menstruel.

Mix 1 sachet of powder in 100mL of water to obtain a homogeneous texture.

At least 1 month

When we ingest a billion bacteria as is, 90% of them will be destroyed in the stomach: in the end, we only observe 100 million bacteria available to be active in our microbiota. Holidermie has developed a protection for our ingested bacteria: DUOLAC®, which is in fact a double layer of protection, based on proteins and polysaccharides. The proteins protect the bacteria in the stomach, where the pH is acidic, which insolubilizes the proteins, forming a sort of protective shield. Once the gastric passage is over, the bacteria find themselves in the intestine, where the pH rises again, which allows the proteins to solubilize, and thus to release the bacteria which will be available to protect the microbiota.
