Mouthwash-in-oil: At a certain low temperature, it is normal to see white deposits appear in the bottle, indicating that the coconut oil is solidifying.

Step 1 - The copper tongue scraper
Hold your tongue scraper by both ends, apply the curved part to the back of your tongue, then gently scrape forward, 3 to 4 times, until your tongue reveals its pinkish color.
Step 2 - Mouthwash with oil
Take a spoonful of oil into the mouth, circulating it for 10 minutes, before pouring it into the sink. Do not swallow, and rinse well with water afterwards.
Follow with cleansing of the entire mouth, to complete the cleansing process.
