At breakfast time, mix 1 sachet of Microbiote 360° Powder - ideally in a glass or gourd - in 100mL of water, to obtain a homogeneous texture.

Every morning on an empty stomach and before brushing your teeth, ideally after using a tongue scraper, take a spoonful of oil into your mouth, circulating it for 10 minutes before pouring it into the sink.
Do not swallow, and rinse mouth thoroughly with water afterwards.
