Close your points and place your thumbs under the chin, keeping them tightly together. Open your mouth wide, inhale, then exhale while applying strong pressure with your thumbs, trying to close the mouth. The mouth should resist as much as possible and remain open. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times.
The specially designed pink quartz Gua Sha palette redefines the facial contours (by moving it from the chin towards the temples, along the lower jaw) and smoothes the muscle of the eyebrows (by moving it from the inner part of the eyebrow towards the temples).
