This time, paired with the Repair Capsule from the Lightinderm brand, a high-tech youth care that works deep within the skin layers thanks to its unique combination of lights, photo-active ingredients, and a tissue massage in just 3 minutes a day with the Lightinderm device.
Holidermie solar supplement : In addition to your usual Holidermie supplements, take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the morning with breakfast. Start taking it 10 days before sun exposure, then continue throughout the period of exposure and post-exposure to extend the cellular protection action.
Repair Capsule : The Repair program is used daily, following a 3-minute tissue massage technique developed with facial therapist Chantal Lehmann to maximize the effectiveness of the facial treatment. It should be applied on clean, dry skin, year-round, in the morning or evening, in addition to a moisturizing treatment. It can be used in combination with other Lightinderm programs depending on your needs.

- The combination of vitamins C & E, beta-carotene, lycopene, and grape seeds supports the skin's natural defenses against UV-induced damage.
- Borage Oil, rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, which are key components of the hydrolipidic film, helps create a primary barrier against external aggressions and combats skin dryness caused by prolonged sun exposure.
- The beta-carotene present is a carotenoid naturally extracted from the Dunaliella salina algae. It binds oxygen, thus limiting cell oxidation and also protects vitamin E. It is a precursor to vitamin A, known for its protective effects on the skin.
- Tomato Lycopene works synergistically with beta-carotene to enhance its antioxidant action.
- L-Tyrosine is the natural precursor of melanin. This molecule, responsible for skin pigmentation and tanning, absorbs a large portion of UV rays, serving as both a filter and a sunscreen.
- Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, promotes the normal formation of collagen, thereby counteracting the harmful effects of UV rays on the skin's supportive cells. This helps maintain the skin's firmness and density.
- Selenium is a trace element with antioxidant properties. It contributes to cellular protection against oxidative stress, thereby limiting premature cell aging.
- OPCs, polyphenols present in grape seeds, have remarkable antioxidant properties. They are powerful free radical scavengers that help reduce damage related to oxidative stress.
- Centella Asiatica aids in healing, prevents skin laxity, and soothes sensitive, dry, or damaged skin. It also has anti-aging benefits as it promotes collagen synthesis and improves microcirculation.
- Vitamin E is present in all body cells: it protects their membranes from destruction due to oxygen exposure and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This super-vitamin protects skin cells from premature aging.
- Zinc plays a role in cell division, and thus, in tissue regeneration. It helps protect cells against oxidative stress and supports the maintenance of normal skin. It is an essential trace element for the proper functioning of epidermal cells.
