Instructions for use:

Take 2 capsules daily, ideally in the morning, during breakfast.

Recommended duration of use:
Minimum 30 days, and ideally 3 months for visible effects.

Il faut vraiment utiliser le produit pendant 3 mois afin de voir des résultats. Cela fait 2 mois et demi et je vois que ma peau est bien plus repulpée et plus hydratée. Je me sens bien mieux. Je les couple avec l'Oméga 3 et c'est le combo parfait !
