EVENING
5.30pm: Sound Bath and meditation session led by Alexandra FRYDA MARTY of @moonsistersparis on our Holidermie yoga mats. 30-minute workshop.
18h: Introduction to HoliFace Yoga with our HoliFace Yoga set. 30-minute workshop with Aurélia Del Sol @herecomesdelsol.

Beauty Food culinary workshop: Evening latte with Holidermie sleep powders.
Talk around Beauty Food - Aurélia Del Sol and Charlotte Gomez, director of Hotel HoY.

MORNING
9am: 1h vinyasa yoga with Charlotte Gomez - followed by a tasting of lattes with Holidermie's adaptogenic beauty powders.
