Seasonal fruits with raw cacao and collagen :
Preparation:
- "Start by preparing your fruits: peel the clementines, cut the pears and apples into wedges, and slice the kiwis and bananas into rounds...
- Heat the collagen spread in a bain-marie, dip half of the fruits in it, and sprinkle with the toppings of your choice (seeds, crushed dried fruits, sea salt, spices).
- Place in the fridge until the spread hardens, then enjoy!
