Breakfast bowl with collagen :
A true "comfort food" to warm up your winter mornings.
Ingredients :
The ingredients for a bowl
- 3 tablespoons of granola
- 50g of rolled oats
- 150ml of almond milk
- Half a banana, sliced
- 1 wedge of apple, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons of Holidermie Collagen & Chocolate Cream
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of oat bran
- A pinch of chia seeds
- 5 Holidermie Collagen Cacao Cubes
- 3 Brazil nuts
Preparation:
- Cook the rolled oats in almond milk over low heat until it becomes a porridge and pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Arrange the ingredients in a crescent shape, starting from one side: granola, banana, spread, and apple slices. For the last crescent, leave the porridge exposed.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, oat bran, and chia seeds.
- Decorate with Collagen Cacao Cubes and a few Brazil nuts.
