Collagen Eggnog :
The coziest drink of the season, twisted with our collagen powder
Ingredients:
The ingredients for one mug:
- 125ml de lait d’amande
- 1 poignée de noix de cajou
- 1 datte
- 2 abricots secs
- 1 vanilla bean (to extract 1/4 of it)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 3 scoops of Holidermie Collagen-in-powder
- 200ml of cold cashew or coconut cream
- 1 star anise
- Rum (optional)
Preparation:
- Soak the cashews, dried apricots, and date in boiling water until softened.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan, extract the vanilla, and let it infuse over low heat. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg, then stir.
- Pour the vanilla-infused milk into a blender and add the drained and softened nuts and dried fruits, then blend.
- Pour the mixture into a mug. Add the 3 scoops of collagen, then stir.
- Top with whipped cream using a piping bag, according to your preference.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, insert a straw, and garnish with the star anise.
For the vegan whipped cream:
Chill the mixer, cream, and bowl for at least 30 minutes.
Pour the cream and whip until a soft peak forms beneath the beaters.
