Escape for a Yoga retreat in the heart of the capital. The result of our collaboration with the HoY hotel in Paris, and the pioneer of Face Soul Yoga, Aurélia Del Sol, here is the program of a yoga retreat in the heart of the capital.
Evening
• 5:30 pm
• 18h : Introduction to HoliFace Yoga with our HoliFace Yoga Set. 30-minute workshop with Aurélia Del Sol @herecomesdelsol.
• 7pm : Beauty Food Workshop and Talk with Aurélia Del Sol and Charlotte Gomez, Director of HoY Hotel: Evening Latte with the Beauty adaptogen powder Holidermie.
Come and enjoy a facial treatment at any time in one of the available cabins (Care applied with Holidermie products).

Rooms
To explore the HoY universe in complete privacy, the hotel provides Cacao Cubes, Gummies, sachets of Skin Elixir Tea, as well as samples of Holidermie Cosmetics in the rooms and after the workshops. Breakfast and dinner are included.

Alexandra FRYDA MARTY, founder of @moonsistersparis
Moonsisters Paris was born a few years ago, after readings about the influence of the moon on feminine psychology. Alexandra creates spaces for transmission and sharing, a bubble of revitalization to circulate your energy, release blockages, and find your fullness. A sacred pause, a step back, a replenishment of energy.
Aurélia Del Sol, @herecomesdelsol, Face Yoga Instructor
Aurélia is a yoga teacher and the founder of the Face Soul Yoga method. Certified with 500 RYT and face yoga, she has been practicing the latter activity full-time for a year now. Aurélia also combines different techniques of breathing, acupressure, and self-massage.
Charlotte Gomez, @hoyparis, Director of HoY Hotel
The soul of HoY mirrors that of its owner, Charlotte Gomez de Orozco, 26 years old, who has nurtured this holistic retreat project since leaving hotel school. After a stay in Bali, where she trained in Yoga, her second passion, she decided to realize her project of creating a place of well-being in Paris. Home of Yoga HoY also offers plant-based cuisine from morning to evening, a handful of little-known holistic treatments (floating osteopathy, reboso relaxation, sound bath healing...).
Mélanie Huynh, Founder of Holidermie
An important figure in the Parisian fashion scene, Mélanie Huynh is an active and inspiring woman: a fashion editor, entrepreneur, mother, and passionate about all subjects related to holistic well-being. Naturally disciplined, she takes care of her meals, is interested in nutrition and different well-being techniques, and has had the chance to meet the greatest beauty professionals through her work as a stylist. She founded Holidermie, a new generation of holistic and personalized beauty rituals.
Victor, Chef at MESA Restaurant
Hailing from Venezuela, he brought his culinary expertise with Latin American accents to the cuisine of MESA, the hotel's restaurant. He first honed his skills at the renowned Park Hyatt Paris. Drawing inspiration from the "Plant Based" philosophy, Victor and the restaurant team create a healthy, plant-based cuisine with plenty of local products. The hotel offers a dinner (starter, main course, dessert) prepared with love at its MESA restaurant. It ticks all the right boxes: healthy, plant-based cuisine with plenty of local products and a Latin American touch. A plant-based breakfast, personalized with our Beauty Food, will also be offered in the morning for a gentle awakening.
